Scorpion is a hostile wildlife entity found in Volcanic regions in the 99 Nights in the Forest game. They are similar to frogs, which mostly attack in groups and use poison. Compared to Frogs, Scorpions are more dangerous. Because they are fast, and stings continously. You will also encounter Scorpoin nest while exploring the volcanic regions.
Scorpions follow the pattern of two attacks. One is a series of multiple hits, and the second is poison damage. Due to this, you will lose health faster. So there is no logic to fight them in melee combat.
- Volcanic Biome.
- Level 2+ Campfire Required.
There is also a special structure in the volcanic region. This structure is known as Scorpion Pit. There are around 7 Scorpions that can attack all at once if you fall into the same area. It is a high-risk area that can quickly overwhelm solo players if entered without preparation. Scorpions have one of the lowest drop rates among hostile entities. Scorpion Shells are relatively rare and valuable due to scarcity.

- Scorpoin Shell – 1
How to Fight Scorpions?
Ranged weapons are the safest option against scorpions. Because it keeps you out of poison range. You can prevent unnecessary health loss by staying far. Melee combat is high risk, as scorpions are fast and they can quickly inflict poison damage. Avoid fighting more than one scorpion at a time. Avoid being cornered in volcanic terrain where escape paths are limited.
Only Poison Damage is the major risk involved with dealing with scorpions. If there is more than best is to run away to a safe point. Scorpions will not chase to the campfire.
