Polar Bear is one of the strongest hostile animals inthe Roblox 99 Nights in the Forest game. It is primarily found in cold regions. With a lot of health, it has a high damage attack. It can take down an entire team within a few seconds, no matter how equipped you are. Because of its power and aggressive behavior, fighting a Polar Bear without preparation is one of the most dangerous encounters in the game.
How to Fight a Polar Bear?
In passive stat, Polar Bear will wander around, unless the player enters its detection range. It can detect you from a distance. It can also chase you to a far distance. Polar Bear can inflict 50 damage per hit, which can drain your health and stamina within seconds. Upon killing the Polar will drop the following items.
- Morsel: 7β8
- Steak: 3β4
- Polar Bear Pelt: 0β1
Note: The Pelt Trader does not require Polar Bear Pelts, but they are useful for crafting and cold-resistance gear.
Due to its massive damage, it is best to use strong ranged weapons. Like a Rifle or Shotgun which are one of the best defenses against this hostile creature.
- Rifle
- Tactical Shotgun
- Revolver (for controlled pulling)
Melee Combat is not recommended with Polar Bear. Due to its high health, you will inflict very little damage, and this is going to take a long time. One hit by the bear and you will die. A lot of stamina and health restore items are required to deal with the bear in the fight.
- Strafe continuously.
- Use elevated terrain to avoid direct hits.
- Strike only between attack animations.
Use terrain exploits and safe spots. Polar Bears can easily get stuck between rocks and structures. Due to their massive size, you can lure them to narrow areas, and once stuck, you can attack continuously. You can also climb on top of the Polar Bear and then shoot them from below.
You will need around 6 Bear Traps in a 2×3 formation. Just lure the bear, and this is enough to give him maximum damage. Make sure you do not attract more than one Bear during the fight. Always maintain distance and try to take max benefit from the terrain, traps, and position.
How to Tame a Polar Bear?
You will need a Strong Taming Flute or higher to tame this hostile creature. Also, make sure the Polar Bear has not taken any damage. Below is the taming cost. You will need the following items. Once the bear is tame,d you will see what he wants to eat. Feed that, and you can add him to your team.
- Rib Γ5
- Stew Γ5
- Swordfish Γ5
Once you have the Strong Taming Flute, walk near the bear. Make sure it does not charge you. As the minigame starts, the Bear will remain docile. After success, feed one Rib, one Stew, and one Swordfish. Repeat this process five times to completely tame the Polar Bear. A tamed Polar Bear becomes a powerful combat companion in extreme environments.
